Disappointed
Disappointed. I have spent around £3000 on paint over a two week period. Staff at the store were curt to my decorator and told me on the phone I should be there in person to pay. Not withstanding I work full time to pay for the paint. Store made an error with the order which has delayed the work being carried out at my house. Staff did not apologise to me when I spoke to them although they did when they delivered the paint. They did apologise to my decorator. A shame as the paint is great. Brewers should do more to support their staff with customer service.
