Fab experience at Morpeth store .Heather was so helpful matched my wall colour with my new wallpaper and helped me chose another wallpaper for my dining room.. and something I wouldn't have chosen thank you Heather I love it

Been to Brewers several times and always had great service. Our local branch is Morpeth (Northumberland) where we were served by Heather. She has a great eye for colour and offered sound advice. Very happy with the results of our bedroom makeover. Definitely recommend Brewers (and Heather).

I visited the Morpeth branch today 24/2/24 and Heather could not have been more helpful. Her knowledge on the wallpapers you sell was immense! After going to order some wallpaper and finding out it was discontinued she helped me find alternatives, knowing exactly what I was after from my initial choice. Her enthusiasm and passion for her work shone through so much so she ended up staying at least 25 mins after her shift was finished. I have borrowed some books to help cement my choices (I’m now doing living room, bedroom and bathroom now 😌)
I will be returning when Heather is in as she is amazing-brilliant customer service!

We visited Brewers at Morpeth to ask for advice on what we should paint our new fence with and said we were from a Scout Group. We got all the advice about what to use and then a tremendous bonus when Brewers said that would like to help the Scout Group and gave us the paint as a donation. It is great to see local businesses helping local communities.

Can't praise staff at brewers Morpeth enough heather went above and beyond to help us it's unusual in this day and age to find such knowledgeable and friendly staff

Just returned from the Morpeth branch -Heather was brilliant! She helped us with lots of paint, old and new, plus colour mixing. She was incredibly helpful, with great advice. First class! Thank you.

After being told on the phone that you colour match, to come in and find out that you in fact don’t colour match on specific brands, it’s a wasted journey and a waste of time when that could have been clarified on the phone.

Waiting in store for 20 minutes by the tills before even being acknowledged and being spoken down to by staff is not the customer experience you want.

Heather was very helpful when we visited the store today. She was very knowledgable & gave us helpful advice regarding paint & wallpaper which we purchased.

Buying a new house is very stressful but Heather from the Branch in Morpeth has helped me so much, uncertain on what colours Heather took the time to go through everthing with me so I understand and has been so helpful and taken away a lot of stress.

I recently visited my local Brewers Decorators Centre as a member of the public. I was greeted and asked if I needed any help. The Sales Assistant Heather was so lovely, she was happy and seemed to enjoy her work, Paul her Manager was encouraging and a positive individual who showed patience and guidance. It was a pleasure to see them interact in such a positive way. It was a busy day but they gave each customer the time they needed to complete their purchases. I was thrilled with my experience and will definitely go back. I felt compelled to ask their names as I feel it’s important to mention when you’ve received excellent service so I wish to thank Paul and Heather personally!!

From my very first visit to the store the staff have remembered my name everytime I go in, they remember the products I like and are always very friendly, helpful and knowlegable.
Great service...but for goodness sake get those poor staff some heating already 😂 they are great and they deserve it! It's been broken and freezing in there for weeks now.

I visited the Morpeth store on 19/10/21 to order wallpaper, paste and lining paper. I was delighted with the fantastic service provided by 3 females, Jody, Laura & Tracy. Their knowledge on the products was outstanding. I was even given help to my car, with the heavier items. The range of products is exceptional, knowledge of staff and easy access made this experience of selecting a wallpaper and the materials required to to hang the paper, so easy.

Bought some coloured Dulux paint. When I got home and opened it to start decorating I was disappointed to find that the paint had not been mixed. Fortunately, I was only about a mile away from the store so returning to have it mixed was not a great problem. However, had I lived some distance away I would imagine my feelings on this matter would have been rather different.
Upon my return to the store the paint was duly mixed accompanied by profuse apologies.
Sorry, but you missed out on 5 stars there guys.
