Went in shop the bloke was at the back serving someone doorbell went looked carried on that's fine I waited . Thought could of said be with you in a minute but nothing then customer got phone call he wasn't doing anything for customer as they were still deciding 5 mins still no acknowledgement I was there and yes he could see me so after 10 mins gave up walked out took my bussiness else where

Great customer experience
Since moving into our new home in September I have stumbled across Brewers Decorator Centres which I have never used before. The team at our local Brewers in New Milton are excellent, knowledgable and the customer service is exceptional. So going forward we will be using them for all our decorating materials which my wife tells me is a lot 😳

Great customer service at New Milton Store. The bloke explained what paint options I could choose and the lowest prices for similar colour choices. A complete contrast to the service at B&Q Bournemouth offered me where the only response was "If it's not on the shelf we don't have it".
