Exceptional customer service.
I ordered online and assumed it would be showing your order number, collect & go. I was amazingly surprised, whilst it was a quick collect & go, the gentleman behind the counter engaged with me to ensure I had the correct paint for the job and offered lots of helpful advice on the best application methods. How nice to see experienced sales staff assisting the customers. Thank you, sir, I will be returning.

Lovely staff, great paint, great prices.
Martin at the N/A store was nothing but helpful and friendly. Paint I received was great and even better it’s an exact match with my wallpaper.

Friendly and helpful staff, very knowledgeable.
Great to have the discounts for new customers also.
We managed to get our specialist paint we required for our listed cottage renovation ordered in promptly and we did a click and collect which was very easy.

My fault in the end
My fault in the end, but If only the slightly grumpy man who handed me the paint had checked whether I did actually want ‘base colour’ or had just forgotten to choose a colour. I’d assumed it was white. It wasn’t.
