The man I spoke to was knowledgeable and took my order efficiently. The product was delivered, as promised the next day.

Fast fulfilment of on-line order for two cans of Dulux tinted paint plus several off-the-shelf items. Particularly impressed that the staff member offered to carry items to my car to save me having to come back into the store.

I got excellent service when I got to the store and was given useful advice regarding the choice of paint for future projects.

Personal service, genuine concern for good customer service.

The product I ordered was listed as in stock but this was in error. Despite this the staff in branch went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed as soon as possible - brilliant communication from everyone throughout. Thank you.

trying to get off their mailing list (someone incorrectly added my email to it) and COMPLETELY unhelpful - there is no way to delete the account or unsubscribe making them the worst kind of spammers

Hi Shannon I’ve tried the unsubscribe button twice, but you are still spamming me, I emailed you at the contact email address given on your website and it got refused by your mail servers with some nonsense excuse (I work in IT Administration)
This is what I sent -
Dear Sir/Madam
Someone named similarly has accidentally used my email address to sign up for an account at multiple businesses around the Northampton area - please make a note of this and delete my account as soon as possible (I live nowhere near Northampton!).
If you are unable to action this request and the emails continue I will be forced to request an SAR in line with the ICO complaints system.

I couldn't give 5 stars because the supplier didn't deliver on the expected day but the situation could not have been handled better by Brewers.

Quick delivery and came when they said it would. The wallpaper is exactly as ordered and looks great for our grandson's bedroom at our home. I had not heard of Brewers until I ordered this, but I was impressed and will definitely order from them again

Disappointed that Brewers would not swap dulux retail oil based gloss white paint which I would think is a standard item, for water based gloss. It was part of an order for specialist paint which I can understands non refundable, I cannot see why a standard paint can be returned. Following this review Brewers contacted me to offer a refund. I was very impressed so will give them 3.5 stars for overall service now. If they had refunded originally they would merit a 5 star
