Absolutely top class service
Absolutely top class service.
We’d ended up with a colour mix from another company that wasn’t right. Brewers went out of their way to put it right for us so we could still use the existing paint. They remixed the colour and were nothing but professional, courteous and kind throughout. It’s so nice to have been so well looked after. Thanks Brewers and especially the lady who served us.

Excellent customer service ey me to say they couldn't…
They contacted me to say they couldn't deliver as expected because they had to reorder from their supplier, checked this was OK and arranged delivery on Friday. When I realised I wasn't going to be at home on the Friday I telephoned them and asked for delivery on the Monday. This was arranged with no problem. Monday arrived and so did my paint. It was delivered by a very jolly and helpful delivery man.
Nothing was too much trouble and all the staff were obliging, helpful and friendly

I have no problem sending my customers to them for ideas/advice on paints and wallpapers or even colours.

Brewers supplied us with a coloured trade masonry paint as required. Ordered online, collected a couple of days later as required. Excellent service and communication.

I always send my customers to a Brewers
Staff at Brewers are usually welcoming when you arrive. Then helpful and knowledgeable about problem solving with a thorough understanding of everything they stock. I always send my clients to a Brewers for help and advice, other stores just lack the knowledge and customer service.
