ordered for next day delivery but came within the hour!

The Sikkens paint was out of stock so Brewers Portsmouth contacted other Brewers stores in the South. They eventually found one after several days searching.
I collected it from the store and found on getting home that it was the wrong type!
I decided to use it anyway after waiting so long. The finish was a disaster and will have to be sanded down and started again!

Ordered some paint online to be collected in store with 3 working day lead time. Ordered on the Tuesday for job starting the following Monday, so plenty of time. Hadn’t had notification that it was ready to collect so called Monday morning to be told that the store had only received the order on Friday. Very helpful chap on the phone said they would have it ready and even deliver to site same day (actually within a couple of hours) so as not to hold the job up. All in all, great service from the team in my local store, friendly and out of their way helpful. Website might need a bit of attention to make sure orders are routed in a timely manner though.

Had not used Brewers before but they had a great selection of paints and produced the samplers that we wanted.

A good place to buy your supplies and importantly to get advice if you need it.

Vary good and understanding

I have visited Brewers a number of times over the past couple of months. I cannot believe how very helpful and friendly every single member of staff at the Farlington branch have been. They are either very knowledgable about the products or will endeavour to provide as much information as possible and give advice if requested. They have even delivered products to save me always making special trips.

All very efficient and helpful

I've only used them a few times but they have everything, colours that you can't get anywhere else and the staff are excellent the only down is for a non trade person they are expensive

Excellent advice and service from the staff who were very knowledgeable and provided workable solutions to DIY problems. Staff were very approachable and welcoming which as very well received being female and not from the building/decorating trade and having very little knowledge of products.

Great service,the staff are so helpful,and if a product is not in stock they will find for you.Good old fashion service as it used to be ( keep it up )

Shopped for Sadolin as it was the cheapest place with click and collect in stock for immediate pick up. Store was nicely ventilated and collection process was smooth. A good experience in these challenging times!

Very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable staff who always know the correct product for any job. All products are top notch and If they don’t stock it then they can simply order it in for you.
