I asked for a certain delivery date so…
I asked for a certain delivery date so my customer would be able to take the goods in but Brewers sent it early and as it was her last day of Covid isolation it was most annoying. Also a 5 ltr clients colour emulsion had not been mixed and in all fairness Brewers sent another one out within a short time to replace it and the colour was mixed.

Product was a good at a reasonable price but when I went to pick it up I was treated like a stupid female who knew nothing about DIY, whereas the two male customers at the same time as me were treated with respect and friendliness. It's 2021 guys, train your staff better on diversity and inclusion.

The staff managed to squeeze in my f&b order and drop it off to a mate round the corner in time for him to bring it to me in France. Our bedroom is now painted sulking room pink and the wife is happy!!

Wide stock availability for top paint brands
Error on website paint tin size availability for the paint I needed required me to buy a 5l tin whereas I actually only wanted 2.5l as advertised to be available
But the reordering was well handled and I was given the option to cancel the order
Delivered to door
I would have given 5* if not for the paint tine size slip
