Very helpful staff
Very helpful staff. Excellent choice of products, keen prices. Used the Click & Collect which worked very well. So far an excellent choice of Decorators merchant. Will definitely use again and also recommend.

Staff very helpful and polite
Staff very helpful and polite - will definitely be using Brewers again now I have discovered them. For the less knowledgeable decorator, much better than the big stores as you get personalised assistance.

Sadly a bad experience.
Sadly a bad experience.
Online ordering and account set-up was perfect and easy.
Made our first order specifying my delivery to go to my Local Brewers branch for collection in 4 days.
Sadly, the branch staff have really struggled with this order seemingly due to the Brewers Internal System.
The staff at Tilehurst have been great and very helpful and maybe Brewers need to offer coaching | education to staff on all systems to overcome these problems as well as communication.
Next time I will place my order directly at the branch.
