Excellent service as ever from Redhill branch for an online order. Only four stars because they had replacement sanding pads they could have given me but couldn't swap the order over seeing as it was an online order they couldn't vary it in store.

I won't be coming back to the store Nicky. Maybe you should be looking into why I won't be returning, i.e. addressing the poor service I received!
I was very disappointed with the service I received from Brewers. When I entered the shop, the sales assistant was on the phone. She didn't once acknowledge me so I waited. Another member of staff entered and again, no eye contact or acknowledgment. When I eventually got served, the male sales assistant chucked my heavy tub of paint in a trolley and left me to it.

Click and Collect
Used click and collect for some paint. Online ordering was easy, quick confirmation of pick up time was sent to me and it was all ready and waiting for me when I arrived at the shop at my allotted time. Very quick and smooth operation!
