The people in the shop are very professional and knowledgeable. They were helpful and very pleasant too. It is a much more personal experience than the big chain stores.

Great staff
Needed it quicker than it said online, branch got it exactly the time they said they would and didn’t delay the job. Been there few more times after, will be going back. Great staff and helpful.

Not very customer friendly
My husband went to collect the tester pots i had ordered online. He doesn't normally comment but he said it was an unpleasant experience. Obviously the member of staff is very uncomfortable with seeing the public during the pandemic
she was barking orders at him, dont touch this, do touch that.
