Customer service a little disappointing
Paint was ordered for me and I was advised when it arrived, as promised. However, when I called to collect it I asked about some other paint I needed. The cashier was quite patronizing when I asked a couple of questions. I do find the female staff much more friendly than some of the males at Salisbury. Felt rushed as well as a trade member was waiting behind me and the guy serving me seemed far more interested in him.

Good specialist shop with great range…
Good specialist shop with great range of tools and materials. Salisbury shop quite small - so constrained in CV19 context. Staff a little abrupt when I entered shop and two other people already in - which I wouldn't have known when I went in (to collect a pre-ordered consignment).
