The best customer service.
I ordered a paint off the internet, Black Forest Green, but when it arrived, it was very dark grey. I called Benjamin Moore who asked me to speak to the Shrewsbury branch, who would help me out. The chap I dealt with at Brewers couldn't have been more helpful. He spent 30 minutes adding whites and greens to my paint until he managed to mix the exact colour I needed. Absolutely brilliant service. B&Q are no longer an option for decorating products for me, it's brewers all the way. Thank you guys.

Bargain price. Rapid delivery. Lovely staff.
Phoned yesterday, half way through a job, desperate for 5 L of paint. Hannah dealt with me - very helpful and pleasant.
Lo and behold! My order arrived just after 9 am this morning - less than 24 hours later. No delivery charge,
and a bostin good price.
