i parked outside and went in.There were no customers in the large shop and the guy gave me my varnish and I left. Osmo is the best and Brewers had the best price.

My order wasn’t ready when it was…
My order wasn’t ready when it was supposed to be which wasn’t too much of a problem and can’t blame Brewers for that. However, after I’d called I was told they would text me when it was ready. I waited patiently for a week and no text. When I did call I was told my order was there ready. No idea how long it had been there but pretty annoyed i hadn’t got a text and I hadn’t been able to get on with the job

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re sorry for the frustration caused by the delay and the lack of communication around your order. Unfortunately, the delivery was held up due to adverse weather conditions, and when you first contacted the store the paint had only just arrived and was still being unloaded. That said, we appreciate how disappointing it must have been not to receive an update, especially when you were keen to get on with your job. Your comments have been shared with the team so we can improve communication going forward. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Kind regards, Shannon.

Thanks for taking the time to leave your review, Jeremy!
Excellent decorators centre …
I have bought from this company when I lived in Kent & now I live in Cornwall & found a branch at St Erth (fairly local for me) so when I found they were offering Zinsser paints at great prices recently I had to get there to buy some, simple as that; ordered on line & drove over to collect, staff very helpful, courteous & polite so all good … Will use the store again.
