Easy to use website. There was an issue with the wallpaper I had ordered and I was contacted very quickly with regards to the problem and was kept informed of when the issue was fixed. Very professional, would recommend to them without hesitation. Have visited store prior to this and always very helpful and pleasant staff

Very odd experience in Brewers in Staines. Went in to buy paint and wasn’t sure of the dimensions of the room. The guy behind the counter said “oh, you don’t know? This is the only industry in the world where people come in not knowing what they want” in a weirdly sneering tone of voice. He’d also just finished telling off a member of his team behind the counter for something and seemed generally rude and unhelpful. The woman I later spoke to could not have been more helpful and sorted out what I needed in a friendly and helpful manner. I was just really surprised he was willing to speak to a member of the public like that.

I usually order painting materials online.
It is very easy to use the site and the staff at Staines branch is very professional, helping me to found the right materials and giving extra informations if I have questions about products.
I highly recommend them for everyone.

As a professional decorator, I needed a rare to find Farrow & Ball estate emulsion.
Having tried everywhere I could think of I rang Brewers Staines who couldn’t supply it, but arranged locating it if possible.
They found it at Staines and I was happy to drive eight miles to collect it.
Super efficient, kind and helpful staff.
