Placed my 1st with Brewers decorating centre on their easy to use website, opted for collection. Brilliant service ready to collect about 20 minutes later and also the best price I could get for 5ltr of Farrow and Ball Ammonite emulsion. Would recommend.

Communication was pretty absent
Communication was pretty absent. The order was accepted with 6 working days delivery. When the order wasn’t delivered within 10 working days I queried the order and was told they were out of stock. I then asked if I could cancel and never heard back, then the order arrived

Happy, good things come
Bought £170 of paint in store but wasn’t offered a loyalty card which would have given me 20 percent discount. Have ordered another £105 of paint and I’m still awaiting delivery of the main paint some five weeks later. No delivery date given and I have to ring them, no supplied updates though they have taken the money. Have smaller sizes available but want to charge me extra for these. Not a supplier who will look after you let alone delight.
UPDATE ***
Two days later Brewers have delivered my much needed paint in smaller tins. I’m impressed and pleased I can finally finish this job. I will continue to use this supplier.

Terrible service, due to making an order online with the graco 9.5 and receiving discount to then get a call to say this wasn’t in the promo the order should have never gone through if this was the case. A friend got the discount who I worked with but I couldn’t I was hoping to resolve this matter but didn’t happen was just rude
