Absolutely disgusted with this company, sold me faulty wallpaper which they have agreed to refund, but will not pay to re decorate or the orginal cost so i have spent over £600 pounds and i am left with faulty wallpaper(sketch twenty 3). They blame the decorator who has photographic evidence that the faults did not show while wet or she would have stopped, the decorator blames the very faulty wallpaper. I am the customer in the middle left £600 worse off and faulty wallpaper in my lovely new house.The shop has asked and asked for evidence for 'senior management' but not once has senior management had the decency to contact and speak to me.Their get out clause is on the label it say the decorator should stop if faulty before 2/3 drops but how can you do that if it doesnt show while wet? I just want someone to visit and see and put it right.

I use Brewers for all my paints and decorating tools, as opposed to other chain stores, simply because Debbie and her staff are so knowledgeable and helpful. Over and beyond what would be expected as just good service

I ordered on line click and collect and was told it would take 3 days and then I would be contacted telling me it was ready for pickup. After 8 days I rang the store and was told it had been delivered days ago.
The staff were friendly and helpful carrying the items to my car

Sat22/10/22Just popped into my local brewers , Colley gate / Stourbridge, with queries about a certain mixed paint , a lovely girl named Emma assisted me with finding the right product and mixed it first time , it’s a relief to know that someone actually knows what they are doing as I’ve had a lot of problems with other paint shops trying to resolve this issue , thank you Emma

Great customer service. More than happy with the masonry paint and sealant.

Tried to claim my free sample test pot of Vining Ivy. Put in all my details as requested and was told to expect an email containing a voucher. Have received absolutely nothing. Have tried 3 times now and still nothing. Come on Brewers, I expect better than this.

Debbie who served me went above and beyond. Very pleased with everything I’ve brought to date. The go to shop as they’ve got every brand of paint and all the tools and materials to get the job done.

Said they'd text when my order was in shop. This didnt happen. However the Neon pink paint i ordered good quality.

I have not received any correspondence since placing my order. I emailed to cancel and receive a refund but still nothing. Waiting to see if a credit hits the account.

Great range of products for all your decorating needs both online and across there many stores, personally feel Brewers are the best and first go to choice when it comes to decorating, they have a great range of paints, wallpaper and are more decorating focus than some of the larger DIY stores such as BnQ and Homebase, the service is quick efficient and they have a no quibble attitude when it comes to returns, can't say anything other than to shop her and support local UK businesses - your staff at Stourbridge are so helpful

Rang the Stourbridge branch to enquire about a Farrow and Ball sample pot on 29th July and said I would pop in later. When I arrived, the assistant had saved the last pot of the specific colour for me, without me asking! So pleased with his initiative and customer service, which meant that I didn't have a wasted journey. Thank you.

I was having trouble finding a F & B paint to match existing. Staff were busy but really helpful lady (? Debbie, been at Brewers for years) went out of her way to contact other branch to find a solution. Collected next day from Kidder. Brewers staff are always friendly and accommodating. Thanks
