I ordered a click and collect,had no text or email response and so went into the store 2 days later to find it was there but nobody had let me know.
Also your prices are rediculous for a "Trade" decoratator merchant.This is why i use B&Q more than you

Perfect response when something didn’t go to plan
All my orders made online have been processed speedily and great delivery.
However, I’m writing this review to praise the customer service I received from the Surbiton branch when something went wrong! I noticed the paint wasn’t the right colour and as it had come from that branch contacted them.
Marc at the Surbiton branch jumped too it and resolved my problem so quickly and sent out a replacement within an hour!
Cannot praise him highly enough - that’s amazing customer service! Thankyou Marc!
Will definitely recommend to everyone!
