Very helpful. They rang to tell me the paints I ordered online were ready for collection. I'd been hoping to collect them when in town at the weekend, but they didn't come in until the Monday so I asked if they could deliver, which they did next day at no extra cost. I will definitely use them again.

Paint must have been sitting on the…
Paint must have been sitting on the shelf for years as the lid had dried clumps of paint which I had to pick out regularly. Staff are also not very helpful in my local shop.

Outstanding Customer Service!
It is very rare that you go into a shop and a young sales assistant treats you so well, so professionally and is so helpful and knowledgeable. This person took the time to explain, advise and treated us like customers should be treated. This was our experience at Brewers in Thetford. Fantastic customer service! You have certainly gained a client. So many companies could learn more than a lesson or two from you. Outstanding!

Perfect. They had just what I wanted at a reasonable price.
I ordered online and collected. It was ready and waiting and the paint was packed in a good protective box so was very safe to transport in the car.
