Great advice and fastest delivery

Very easy to deal with and item was delivered directly from the local branch the following day.

I recently had a terrible situation with trying to lighten a large exterior decked ramp. Unfortunately, B&Q recommended that ai use a 123 Bulls Eye primer to lighten it and then use the decking colour. This didn’t work, as the primer isn’t supposed to be used on high traffic areas so within a day or two the paint peeled off.

The carpenter told me to Jetwash it off which was a miserably hard job and the bulls eye wouldn’t come off. Obviously this was a very messy job needing dust sheets to protect the area from having messed flaked paint everywhere. This resulted in me injuring myself by pulling my back out washing and drying them.

After all that I had a disaster of a ramp to my front door.

Brewers came to the rescue and their guru Nick Church was amazing and recommended a great solution using Bradite Floor-It paint which covered the mess up beautifully and even has a snd additive to make it non slip.

Thank you for being wonderful Brewers - imagine I could have had to sand the decking and that would have been even messier.

Alas I have to have an MRI on my back and all becuase of the error of using the wrong Primer and not going to the experts.

Great item at a great price even with the cost of fast delivery.

One star off as was an Internet order and I didn't receive the usual notification the order was ready for collection. Waited a couple of days then went to the store only to find out it had been ready for some time. Otherwise all good.

May be worth checking that your system sent the text message, as it may be an inherent problem that needs resolving.

Would have been 5*, as I like the fact they have a good range of products at good prices, with helpful
knowledgeable staff. This one let down by a failed delivery, no info, had to chase twice, but eventually provided replacement superior quality product at no extra cost. Contact centre was very responsive

I will now buy all my paint at brewers ,there web site is easy to follow no problem when ordering delivery is excellent.

What a great store! Huge range of products but what sets it apart is the staff! Dale made my experience of shopping for decorating items (having no prior experience of scuttles etc!) pain free and I don’t think I have ever been made to feel so welcome.. definite recommendation from me ☺️
