I use Brewers for most of my wallpaper needs. This is mainly for business use. As a company, we fit out bathroom showrooms and use various papers for the displays. If there is a supply problem on a particular paper I always get a phone call. Delivery is usually by the predicted date, sometimes earlier. Overall happy with the service.

I was sold a defective product and received a surly and obstructive response.

I must say we did have to wait a long time for delivery, but thanks to very helpful staff on the phone our order was eventually delivered.

Despite saying in stock on the site, they were out of stock when I was told to collect my order?? I therefore had to delay the project as I couldn't find them elsewhere.

On the last 2 occasions I have picked up from the click and collect service I have had to tell the staff what I ordered. Surely my surname would suffice but apparently not. I know all the staff at the store as I have been a trade customer for decades, when told it was all on a pallet in the store and they needed to know what I ordered surely it would it not be more sensible to lay out each order on the floor with the paperwork so it is easily identifiable as the store is shut to customers? Attitude also seems to have changed as the underlying feeling seems to be they would rather be at home on 80% salary than working but this seems to be an ongoing problem with many companies as they try to re-open.

Darren was very helpful and knowledgeable. He gave me advice on paints and undercoats and was quickly on the phone to another branch/supplier to check some colour codes to be able to answer my queries.
The service was very quick and professional.
