Great location & staff
Very conveniently located on Eccleston Street, a short walk from Victoria Station. Both times I visited, the staff were really friendly and helpful. They can mix-up genuine Farrow & Ball paint for you, with a machine just like the F&B factory! Highly recommend. NB closed on Sundays.

Great staff and better prices
The prices are great especially in the times we have at the moment, staff a really friendly and if one doesn't know about say painting then they will get another member of staff to help and if they don't sell for example screw fixture then they will tell you the closest shop to them to that does which is super helpful

Service too slow this time..
Didn't receive an email when the item I had purchased online had been arrived in my chosen local branch in Victoria. Took a long time from moment of ordering to receiving the sample pot. (stated 4-5 working days which I consider too long)

Excellent service and good advise from the staff.
I ordered some paint and needed some suggestion on how to select the most appropriate emulsion. The team in the shop was really helpful and helped me pick the right tools. I'll definitely go back next time I need it.
