Easy to order but delivery was…
Easy to order but delivery was farcical. Calling from an unknown mobile number and not leaving a message is not ‘attempting delivery’. It took five attempts and over a week before I got the paint. Luckily I wasn’t in a rush for it.

Staff darkened the colour for me.....
I ordered £230 of Dulux Ultra by internet. The brown was not dark enough and staff helpfully added extra shots of dark pigment to get it to what I wanted. No charge for the extra time and pigment. Thank you.

luxury paint bad mixing , patchy shade
Bought Sanderson Luxury paint , unfortunately the colour wasn't thoroughly mixed in the can ... kept getting different shades of the colour during the painting even after manually mixing up, in the end there was too much white and light shade have ordered extra just to cover up the patchy shades , disappointed
