Ordered from website - very easy and delivered promptly to my local Brewers at Woking. Very easy to collect - helpful staff

Purchased on line. The order was ready to be collected next day. I ordered 2 x 1 litre too much. Returned paint later an credit was in my account next day. I will use Brewers again. Tried to use Homebase for similar service. They were rubbish by comparison.

This company is simply the best place to buy paint - great advice, loads of stock (or if it's not in stock they can usually get it the following day). We used to buy all our paint from Homebase but now never go anywhere else. We use Woking and Guildford branches and both are brilliant

I went to collect my order which I thought would remove paint from the interior of my car .However, after speaking to the the sales assistant realised it wasn’t going to work . He was very helpful and suggested some other products , even taking a small sample for me to my car and trying them out .
Unfortunately nothing actually worked and I had to get a refund , but he was so helpful and not pushy at all.

Ordering was easy online as I could see which store had the stock. However I never received a text message telling me my order was available for collection. So I popped in to the store to see if they had my order which they did. I seems it was available the same day but as I never received the text message I waited till after the weekend. It is a good job I didnt need the products straight away.

The team in the store were super helpful. I bought two tins of paint and when I got home, realised one was a lot pinker than what I expected. I returned to the store and they were more than happy to help me adjust the colour. So friendly too.

Lots of paper to choose from, polite helpful staff and easy to request samples. Delivery tome super fast.

I felt that the guy wasn't very experienced. He couldn't offer any help, or didn't want to. I went home, researched online what I needed, and went back to buy the paint.

Good advice from the sales people and very good range of paint colours and manufacturers.

Great selection of products and I always try to use Brewers but have to go to screwfix for my Dulux and a few other products due to cost hence the 4 stars and not 5.

Such a fast service from ordering online. Great communication about the arrival of the paint. Thank you for the advice about the Brewers card.

John the manager always helpful, amazing knowledge, nothing is too much trouble (Woking branch), also the rest of the staff very helpful and courteous.
