Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Looking for floor paint and had seen a recommendation on the internet. Assistant didn't provide any help or advice, just told me what they had in (which was too large) and didn't offer to order anything else for me. When I asked on a Friday about next day delivery as advertised on their website, he said it would be Tuesday or Wednesday as it was a bank holiday. Went online to Next Day Paint and it was delivered by 9:30 the next day (Saturday). The other assistant seemed really helpful so maybe this guy was just the exception.

I had to wait for the order to be fulfilled- the website said 3 days but had a phone call the following day to say it had arrived, which was good news.
The staff member in the shop was also very helpful as I had additional questions about paint mixing which were also covered off.

Mixed Up
The young assistant seemed unsure how to mix the paint. Also, I had pre-ordered and paid online but was asked for payment again. Eventually the staff accepted that I had paid.

Paid for paint not available throughout the company.
I paid on line for a paint that, when I went to Wokingham to collect, I was told they don't sell. If the company doesn’t sell/carry a product, why is it on the website, why take my money? This paint was nearly £50 a tin.
I’m still not sure if I have my refund weeks after.
