Great Customer Service.
I received a call the day after I placed an order , advising delivery delayed by just one day due to vehicle breakdown. Firstly, it was nicespeaking to a real person and secondly, delivery was far quicker than I expected. Would definitely use this company again.

In February I went to the Brewers branch in Kidderminster. The
service was awful. I am disabled and there was nowhere for me to sit and the two people serving were very unhelpful. In March I needed some multipurpose paint for some external work. This time I ordered on line after taking advice from Brewers Worcester branch. What a difference ! The person I spoke to was so helpful. The paint was delivered directly to my home ( Kidderminster staff did not tell me about this service) A member of staff from Brewers Worcester rang to say the paint would be delivered a day late which was not a problem and they followed my directions for leaving the paint if I was not at home. I was so delighted with the service, I rang Worcester branch and thanked them.
I would definately use this service again. Thank you Brewers Worcester.

Great communication and friendly service provided by the Worcester team. Initial order was placed by the web but delivery from site was fully communicated and when the driver could not deliver on the day a member of the team brought my paint to my address. Issues with decorator meant paints were also changed swiftly and with a smile.

I would like to commend Will at Brewers Worcester for the exceptionally high level of customer service I received in purchasing my paint. I called first to discuss and he provided guidance and assistance over the phone. Once I went into the store the extra assistance he provided was second to none. Superb service all round. I bought Little Greene paint from Brewers as they were the only stockists in my area, and I have to say the staff were really excellent. They talked me through the colour swatches, different types of paint finish and when, having bought nine (yes, I know!) tester pots, I decided on the colours I wanted, ordering and delivery were faultless.
