If you want to try yourself into the homebrewery you really need to contact this company entirely and possibly. How do you plan to contact them ? Via their website and it will only give much better though they are slow with orders over time.

We ordered from a list that our nephew sent us from his Christmas Wish List and we found everything here on the website in one place. We ordered everything on his list since he is in college and has very little money. We received his thank you card today and he felt bad that we spent $500 and bought everything he wanted. We spent only $300 including shipping. (Do not tell him.)

I ordered yeast on Dec 28th, for 2nd day air delivery. I left a comment to notify me of the 'ship date' and ETA. I never received an answer to my comment AND I still don't have my yeast after waiting 9 going on 10 days. I'll think twice before I order from Brew PS again.....

I ordered a book on the 4th of the month and never received it. E-mailed on the 15th to see what the hold up was and on the 16th I received notice they were not going to fill my order due to lack of knowledge of their warehouse having the book in stock. They said they did not know this until I requested they look into the matter. Glad I did not wait two more weeks to find out what the hold up was!
I would not recommend this company due to lack of concern for their customers!

I ordered a case of 1 liter tension cap growlers. Within an hour or so I got an email with a tracking number. Today I got the package and it was packed extremely well. Clearly this is a company that goes above and beyond and I'll be ordering from them again 100%.

Brew PS had the exact flip-top bottles I was looking for in a selection of sizes at reasonable prices. At checkout, I mentioned that it was a gift and asked if they might not put the price in the packaging as I was shipping it directly to its recipient. Not more than a minute after I received my automated order confirmation, Brendan followed up with me and did one better, offering to include a personal note in the box! Within half an hour, I had confirmation of receiving my message, same-day shipment, and the UPS tracking number. The product hasn't been delivered yet, but I have high confidence in them already -- I couldn't have asked for a better shopping experience.

I ordered the PACMAN yeast from Brew PS and this is a yeast that has to stay refrigerated. I'm military living overseas so when I asked Cary if he could get me this product without it going bad, he jumped all over it. He went above and beyond customer service. These guys took 2 icepacs 10 yards of paper and bubblewraped this thing. Not only that, they threw in some dry yeast on the house, just in case the pacman didn't make it. 5 days later and all the way in Italy, my package arrived...still cold. Great service..great price. These brothers got it right. Loyal customer from now on!

My first order didn't go through but I thought it had. Cary did all he could to find that nonexistent order. And when I placed the order for good, he offered to deliver my package sooner than the scheduled pickup. He even called to remind me instead of waiting to hear from me. :) Thank you Cary!

Aside from excellent service, we got great prices from the website. My second order went without a hitch and the carboy I got was a higher quality than I expected.

If there's an item I need for homebrewing, I'll check brewps first every time. <3

These guys are great. They have excellent prices and service. I asked for a change to a kit and they were happy to accommodate my needs. Highly recommended!

Good experiance using Brew PS. They have a decent selection and prices are solid. Order promptly recieved. My recommendation would be to expand the variety of brew ingredients and include AA% on current hops provided etc. Response time to emails has at times been slow. Also certain equipment items arent always on hand / in stock and have to be special ordered by BrewPS. Despite wanting to support the local business, if it has to be special ordered with a 1-2 week turnaround time, the customer will order it somewhere else to receive it in the same time if not sooner.

Their products were exactly as described, amazing customer service, and comparable prices. I will definitely shop there again!

This site is awsome! I got my first brew kit and buy all my homebrewing equipment and ingrediants from here and will not go anywhere else. It arrived on time and had everything I needed for my first brewing session. I did some price checking and they have the lowest prices anywhere. The owner returned my email immediately because I had a question about dry hopping. Thats customer service!!! The best part about it is now I can get 50 beers for half the price, and anytime I have a question they always resond quickly.

Site is clean and ordering is easy. Everything I ordered came exactly as described, will be using these guys again in the future.

As a big fan of the home brew, I decided to use Brew PS to obtain some supplies. I was quite pleased to see that my bill was lower than usual, excited to obtain my order right on time, and amazed with my first batch!

Ordered a used Corny Keg, delivered in 4 days. Came as described.

Absolutely outstanding customer service. I emailed Brendan a question on Friday evening 8 days before Christmas, not expecting to hear from him until Monday, Brendan wrote me back in 20 minutes. After an evening of the Brew PS crew helping me and answering questions, I placed my order that night and had my package before Christmas!!
