I have been able to get a couple of different kits from BrewPS and they have all turned out amazing. Can't wait to order some more.

I found the somewhat uncommon products that I was looking for at a reasonable price. The web site was weasy to use and delivery was prompt.

They have great pricing, local delivery at a very low price, and a great selection that always seems to be expanding. Service is ALWAYS very personal, and they have answered numerous questions without hesitation. This is how a business should be run. These guys were great! I placed an order for a bunch of stuff, including a couple large glass carboys. They had everything in stock and quickly contacted me to let me know that their shipping calculator on the site had made an error in calculating the shipping rates (it was going to be more to ship from California to Florida than the site had calculated). As a small business owner myself, I know the pains involved in shipping, so the fact that they contacted me and were willing to work with me to correct the shipping issue was awesome. You just don't get that type of one on one communication with large companies.

I placed an order that I was told couldn't be met and Brendan Hanson, a partner in brewps, sent me a series of emails in an attempt to satisfy my needs. He was very helpful and prompt and I was able to fulfil a Christmas present need in time!
