Brickhouse Farm Cottages Reviews 

We have visited Brickhouse farm cottages twice a year since they opened. I'm not going to repeat all the amazing reviews they already have except to say that across the past five/six years they have grown from strength to strength. And at no point have their standards ever dropped. Every new build is so well planned and delivered whilst the original ones are maintained and updated. This is a beautiful site perfect for lots of people in many different ways. The best thing of all is that all our needs just merge into normality (whatever that is) and are accommodated for by caring people in a friendly and happy environment. The new bistro surpasses it's aims. It serves great food at good prices and nothing is too much trouble. If you need something just ask....we did and it was provided with pleasure and a true enjoyment in their work. We visited today especially to see the new pool and bistro before our stay later in the year. We were welcomed like old friends. It was good to see a number of people already enjoying this new endeavour. We are not the easiest of four old ladies to please but as you can tell we love it here and will be back for as many years as we can ...... We've booked the hydrotherapy pool for an hour for two of us during our stay and have already warned the chef we are coming !!!!

Just returned from our fourth stay at Brickhouse cottages and we can’t wait for our fifth(already booked) the place gives our family the chance to share in a family vacation so we are all together and not scattered over several lodges the facilities are outstanding when they say they
cater for the disabled they do to the fullest extend nothing is left to chance and it’s all hi spec equipment the hydrotherapy pool is just so fantastic it’s like your own PRIVATE pool and now this year they have added a lovely bistro giving the able bodied family members somewhere to relax and kick back safe in the knowledge their loved ones are included and safe just can’t praise the place enough just like to thank all the staff alway a smile nothing too much trouble if requested and a big thanks to Ian &Sue for giving us such a wonder place to holiday we wish you all the very best with the new ventures you have introduced to Brickhouse we will see you all next year

Our Son suffered a brain injury in 2011 at the age of 9 and we had all but given up on holidays until we found Brickhouse Farm Cottages.

It’s stunning venue, brilliantly adapted cottages, very friendly staff and accessibility to its Bistro and hydrotherapy pool make it the ideal holiday destination for us and we have already booked for next year.

Once again, we have had a fabulous time at Brickhouse Cottages. The new facilities are spectacular. The Bistro is a welcome addition and made the holiday even more enjoyable. The food is excellent and well priced and all the staff were very friendly and attentive. Ian, Sue and all the team, thank you again for such an enjoyable time and looking forward to seeing you all again soon.

An easy place to take a wheelchair, within reach of many areas of interests to visit. Good accommodation, spacious and well equipped.

Best disabled facilities ever really helped make holiday stress free

We had the most fantastic week and will definitely be returning next year .
It was wonderful to go away and not have to make do or compromise, like we have in the past, as places are not geared up for severe disabilities and the needs that entails . Beautiful cottage with everything we needed and lovely kind helpful team . Yummy food and the hydro pool was perfectly set out . Well done Brickhouse cottages !

Just had a lovely week at brickhouse cottages. The amenities are fantastic for disabled guests..the best we've ever come across. Hot tub was lovely, we went in every night and our disabled son loved it!

Wonderful peaceful haven for anybody, especially fabulous facilities for disabled people, we thought it was the best place by far of any we have stayed at.

Excellent accommodation lovely views. Disabled facilities some of the best available. Friendly helpful staff who Will Go the extra mile to ensure you have a great stay.

Great place, great time 2nd year running.

Wow, amazing place that caters for all abilities. All the staff are soo friendly and approachable. The cottages are immaculate and feel homely, there are games in the cupboards and a DVD player to use.
The pond on your doorstep is great, and makes such a peaceful setting, the ducks are lovely too.
Fabulous place which is only going to get better and better with the new hydrotherapy pool and reception area.
Cant wait to visit again

Fantastic first stay in the Walnut cottage. Cottage was beautifully designed with everything we could possibly need and more. We had a lovely warm welcome upon arrival and communication before hand was fabulous. The children had a wonderful time and we have already booked for next year!

Hoists and paid a little extra for a mobile hoist and shower bed, we will definitely be going again next year, what a fantastic place

We had a wonderful time here at Brickhouse Farm, Our 2nd time, we came in March 2018, had a great time then too. All the staff are lovely, helpful, our cottage was lovely, clean and bright, we enjoyed the garden area with our hot tub, our 2 dogs Smudge and Star were made very welcome too, Huge thanks again to everyone, you do a great job, cant wait to book again for next year, Thank you all from Amanda, Mark, Peter, Barbara, Eileen,

Excellent place for a break. Facilities and adaptations are fantastic.

Another fantastic break at Brickhouse Farm Cottages. Our fifth visit and second in Holly. Brilliant facilities especially when it's just me and the hubby who is quadriplegic. The H frame hoist is so easy to use and we also managed to use the hot tub.. wonderful to see him gazing up at the sky enjoying the experience.
As usual the accommodation was spotless.
Can't wait to return and see the hydrotherapy pool and bistro open as it's looking fab. Thank you Erica, Grace and the army of staff who really do make sure your stay is as relaxing as it can be.

Wow just on our away home from our second visit to brickhouse cottages. Fab visit as usually Lauren missing see all the office staff this morning especially erica but she will make a point of coming to see u all when we are back in Oct. Thanks for making our break so good so happy to have won the last minute deal. Cant wait to come back and use the new hydro pool and bistro.

this was our first visit to brickhouse .the cottages was fab.my daughter is in a wheelchair and the hoist was brill easy to use and very light.the cottage had lots of space.well fitted out.our cottage over looked the pond my daughter loved with all the ducks on.was so relaxing the staff was great with us nothing was to much trouble for them.I am very happy to say this might of been our first visit but it will not be our last going back this year and also booked already for next year.been looking for some thing like this for my daughter for years and I have gald to say I have found it.thank you brickhouse cottages and thank you to all the staff there for making thiswonderfull place to come to.

Had an amazing weekend for my daughters Hen Party there were 10 ladies. We stayed in the Hawthorn Cottage it was beautiful and the spec was a high standard, would be happy to recommend to anyone. The area was beautiful and many restaurants pubs etc on the doorstep. Communication with the owners and staff was excellent and very easy to book! Love love love the place!! Thank you for a wonderful weekend xxx
