I ordered twice and unfortunately Royal Mail lost both parcels. The seller was responsive and refunded me, but I’m disappointed that I never received the item. Wish there had been another shipping option available.

Has to be the most easily navigated, intuitive and user-friendly websites out there. Solid, reliable and does everything you need to replace those missing Lego bits and pieces. Thoroughly recommended.

This is a go to store for me, for a few years. I've never had a problem. Always has a great selection. Shipping is reasonable and speedy.

I ordered a Lego set for the fair value of £260 and after 12 days my courier still has not received it and I haven't had an update about it in 10 days and when I check the website link they sent me it says it was delivered 4 days ago but it clearly hasn't , DON'T BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE , ITS A TOTAL SCAM.

Incredibly useful reference tool for finding information on parts or Lego sets. Is easy to use and up to date. The market is also straightforward and has great functionality. Is definitely a go-to for me.

I have used Brickowl for over 9 months updating hundreds of missing pieces brilliant website and service. Worth the effort to order as many items as possible to keep postage down. Get immediate replies, copy of items very efficient for a very detailed business ie very small parts. Highly recommended and have used 'linked' suppliers for mini figures.

I recently received a couple of Star Wars figures that needed building and found a few parts missing I found a few web sites but this is best of them for for price as well as stock and fast delivery would recommend them to anyone

Ordered a set which was at a 90+% discount, the page was clear, I was paying 1/10 of the original asking price, and it was a sale/deal, even paid more for the shipping. Received only 1 item of the order in a different lego set box. When I issued a complaint, they replied that my order was correct even tho it was not disclosed anywhere that they'd send me an opened and possibly used partial part of a set. They sent a screenshot from an updated billing I have never seen before.
