We bought a strimmer which broke on the second use April '24. They won't give a credit note or money back. They have had the strimmer for 6 months so far without fixing it. We had to buy a new one in the UK and take it to France. Every time we go into the store they have another excuse for it not being fixed, but insist money back is out of the question. My advice would be don't buy anything expensive if it goes wrong they have a history of poor customer service. Buy in England if possible and take it out with you.

These guys are expensive by a factor of 200% - only use in an emergency.
Traditionally not open during lunch time and occasionally 'sentry' on the entrance saying we are closing in 10 minutes so dont come in.

Avoid if you can.

Today I made a purchase. I was overcharged at the Check out this out to the lady on the checkout questioned me so she made me walk all the way through the store back to where I had purchased my item to prove the display price at the Point there were seven other members of staff, but they made me walk to prove my point that they had overcharged me and then I had to struggle with my very heavy purchase all the way to my car and loaded in myself with no assistance and no help from anyone member of staff and clearly the manager was present in one of those staff customer service is non-existence alcacer do Sal store.

Beicomarche, Figueira de Foz portugal. I Aked in their paint department for good exterior paint. I was sold Decoplast. I told them it has to be exterior paint. I applied two coats to my building. Container did not state it was exterior. Prior to buying more I went on the manufacturers site. I found out it is interior only. I have to repaint. Both the manager and 2 employees told me it was exterior paint. What a bunch of rubbish and typical portuguese nonsense

Just got yelled at and had to apologize twice before making my purchase, the salesman in the outdoor section was in a hurry to go for lunch. I just hope they get proper training before engaging customers. It was humiliating to say the least. I even forgot to get a hammer I badly needed to finish my job for today 🤦‍♂️.
Terrible just terrible 😢.

I am absolutely Disgusted with Brico Marche No Refund policy Surely this is illegal ? I bought a shower enclosure yesterday 25th May paid with card and it was so heavy that i couldn't take it out of the car instead i opened the package for instructions only to find it was not compatible So I rang Brico Marche Mondego retail park 50 Klms from me and asked if i could return - only to find that when I did return the stand in manager Cristina Cohelo who treated me as though I was a criminal refused point blank to even try and assist me saying you have toll November to use your credit note . DISGUSTING last time i use Brico Marche Now I know why You cant find a parking place at Leroy Merlin - Because they look after their Customers

Bambou Shower Cabin IMPOSSIBLE to ASSEMBLE and LEAKS

Bought from Bricomarche Cusset but available across France. Looks nice, costs a fair amount, problems are:
1- Impossible to assemble because the first instruction is to fix the drain, then two pages later you have to turn the whole shower around to put the screws into the brackets holding the glass sides in place!
2 - The side and back panels have no sealing to the shower base so water leaks underneath.
3 - There are 16 pipe clips to assemble at the back of the shower meaning there is a large risk of leaks.
4 - The shower drain is not fit for purpose. It has a rubber seal under the shower base which is not flat enough to seal - I suggest you replace it with a Geberit one.
Conclusion - make sure you have a copy of the guarantee if you have it fitted by a professional because it will leak.
Bricomarche need to withdraw this product until they have a real installation manual that is possible to follow.

If I could give negative stars, I would....I purchased a combo drill and multi tool set on 02/16 I used the multi tool for the first time on 3/17....It ran for 2 minutes, then quit...cheap tool. I back to store, I wanted to return it and buy better units...the store said "no, it is over 30 days"..I was there on 3/17....all they will do is send it out for repair, and it could be up to 1 month....My calender says Feb has 28 days, I was within the 30 days...they did not care...they have lost my business FOREVER....So, a day later, they call me up a d tell me to ri g the whole set in and they will refund me in 4 to 5 days...I did the next day, today they called me a told me they FIXED it and to pick it up...After I went and bought a other set.Jack ass that called, would not allow me to speak and hung up... Total Jerks

Convenient as it has plenty of parking space. Most of the staff are very helpful and polite. Just one cashier a bit harsh but nothing wrong with that....

It is so bad we are in Poland and we need a carpet so we come to the store to buy one it was to big so we went to renter our stuff but that would not let us because it was on promotion so we so we return the other stuff that we bought we pare by card but the receipt said we pads cash so we showed proof but since we are from the uk it said how much we pads in pounds or gbp so they said we only accept Polish we were so annoyed we took the money and left terrible experience

Visited Bricomarche at Le Bugue, Dept 24 to buy plants. Staff were horrendous, rude, argumentative and unhelpful. We spent a lot of money and would have bought 4-500 Euros on power tools but I was insulted and verbally attacked by a member of staff who simply would not apologize and back off. The manager had to step in and pull her away. I received no apology for her starting a fight with me. I will never go to this shop again.

Always greeted with a smile from the staff no matter what store we visit. Helpful, informative and knowledgeable.

|Never had a bad experience in this shop and always able to find help with english spoken by some of the Staff.
