I had a very poor experience with this company and would not recommend their services. I signed up earlier this year with the understanding that they would support me in securing interview opportunities. They made it clear they could not guarantee a job, but they emphasised that they could reliably help me get interviews.

However, from May until now (November), they delivered only around 6–7 interviews, and even those came with minimal support or communication when I needed it. Whenever I reached out for help or guidance, the cooperation was extremely limited. In the end, they simply told me they had “done their best”, even though the service did not match what was initially promised.

What’s most disappointing is that they seem to approach people who are already struggling, take their money, and then provide very little value in return. In my experience, the service did not justify the cost at all.

I’m sharing this so others can make an informed decision before spending their money. I genuinely wish I had known this beforehand.

This is a fraudulent and misleading company. I paid £599 and was promised full support including multiple interviews. They only arranged two interviews using Indeed’s easy apply and did nothing beyond that. Their communication is terrible—they work on Indian timings and rarely reply.

After two interviews, they suddenly said my contract was over and asked me to renew. Total scam. I’m sharing this to warn others—please don’t fall into the same trap.

Kate was brilliant, she was really helpful and supportive in my search for new employment, first job I applied for she went through every step with me, checking in and wishing me luck, I got the job and she was really pleased for me.

I received a call saying they came across my CV and if I was interested in been put forward for a role. I listened and agreed they would send a JD to me which I received within 10mins and after reviewing I thought a good opportunity and I was fully skilled for this role so I replied to express interest. Then after a week no reply so I call the agency and they say they are just going on a teams call but will call back. 4 weeks later no call back and I have even sent an email for feedback and still no reply. All I ask is feedback after all they called me to start the process.

Very unprofessional company. The same person Rob *** has been trying to get me into jobs for some years now. It's always him that calls. I've never known someone to let you down as many times as he has. Never gets back to me on time, avoids the truth and makes up poor excuses. He's been doing it for ages now. Wouldn't recommend them at all. Terrible company.

I registered with Bridge Recruitment after seeing one of their posters on Facebook. The service was great, it wasn't long until they were contacting me with job opportunities. I managed to get the job i had been looking for.

The best Recruitment Agency I have ever dealt with. They had got me two job interviews, when the first didn't work out they called me and arranged another. I then got the job!

Bridge Recruitment sends unsolicited mass mail that have no relevance what so ever - doesn't distinct between perm and contractors, don't take into account the roles require 2 years of experience and you have 20 years of experience, it doesn't take your type of role into account (support, development, management isn't all the same - you would think a recruitment agency would know that).

When you respond and ask them to read your CV (and attach the CV) then you get a call from a guy that still hasn't bothered to read the CV - that is a total and unacceptable failure.

Bridge Recruitment is really just one of these many pointless agencies where it is difficult to see any reason to work with them. There are 8,000 recruitment agencies in the UK, according to The Recruitment and Employment Confederation, so plenty of alternatives.

Two stars, not one, because somebody at least called back... unfortunately just more time wasting.
