I had a pleasant experience buying a car at Bridgend motors . The salesman, Graeme, was very helpful friendly and just made the whole process easy.

Peter helped to make the whole process smooth and comfortable for me when buying my car since it was my first time doing so and it made the experience very memorable and safe.

The whole process of arranging the test drive at Kilwinning, getting the information we needed and the answers to our questions, made the car purchase really straightforward.

*this is my first car purchase, I have had it since the 9th of Feb, so far so good*

I was having a browse round the forecourt looking for ideas re sizes for my first car when we met Graeme. He was laid back, friendly, not pushy, asked a few questions about what I was looking for then left us to have a look in peace and to come in if we saw anything. I contacted customer services online a few days later to ask when would be a good time to catch him and that I needed some guidance, Bridget pleasantly replied almost immediately, and within 10 minutes Graeme phoned.

Through his honest advice, including telling me he thought one of my options would have been too small, I narrowed it down to one, which I arranged to come and see the next day. After the phone call I got a helpful walk round video of the car also. The test drive was fair, around 4 miles each way. I put my deposit down that same day and Graeme talked me through the finance options. He made everything seem easy and understandable, and not daunting at all when I didn't have a clue about any of this yet! Communication stayed constant and easy through whatsapp and email when the car would be ready, if finance was approved etc. We also met the sales manager Keith who was friendly to talk to and gave us a complimentary gift, we look forward to speaking with him again also.

Found this company via Autotrader , contacted the company to see if the car was available , drove down to their compound and was met by Peter the salesman whom I had been in contact with , took the car for a test drive and was told it would probably be about 5 days or so when the car would be ready , and have to say Peter kept me informed all the way plus on further inspection of the car they replaced the battery and track rod end ( any other garage wouldn’t have done this ).
Got the call from Peter to say the car was ready , have to admit at Bridgend Motors there are no pressure sales everything is in a relaxed nature , I would highly recommend them to anyone who is thinking of buying a car … and big thanks to Peter for an easy and stress free purchase … 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
