Ordered online and receive invalid…
Ordered online and receive invalid delivery link to DHL. Delivery times were not met, when I approached them via message, a lady called me and lied me that due to merging of two delivery companies (Planzer and Quickpack) there are delays. The merging of those companies happened more than 8 months ago. Next day after that weird call, I got an email from the delivery Planzer that the item was picked up and will be delivered to me.
The item itself was genuine but I am not going to order again due to misleading I received and I have no clue why that lady felt she needs to call me and lie me instead of just moving my item to the delivery company.
