long delay of delivery - product good

I purchased glasses and see they have zero customer service. their delivery was delayed over and over again and i finally asked them to cancel and refund. promises and promises but i never received a refund.I AM STILL wasting time on this after 2 months. Daniel Lottermoser and Sandra Hilker and other sin their customer service dept are always very polite to repsond but just keep lyig over and over again

So I ordered sunglasses that according to the site were in stock, but weren't. I then got a vague email that the order was delayed, but with no timelines whatsoever. Their site said delivery within 5 days, but they just got shipped, and their email then says it can take up to 14 days, inside Germany. I ordered these sunglasses for my holiday in July, and they shipped them September 2nd. Decent price, but avoid if you need your product, and do not trust their delivery times or product availability. Last point of criticism is the customer service, that just answers emails but doesn't reach out internally to change anything or actually help you. Another lovely ticket factory.

Just dont buy at this shop.
Several reasons.
Glasses are made in Thailand which you will only be aware of after ordering.
You need to pay customs charges.
You need to wait weeks for them to come.

Disaster. Ordered glasses, 8 weeks nothing, not even a tracking code. I probably fell victim to scam.

The glasses have a really nice quality and are available for good prices. They are delivered on time and arrive packed in a case in which is also a cleaning cloth. Also the custom service is reliable and friendly. I am very satisfied.

Terrible! Terrible! TERRIBLE!!!! Very bad service!! Very bad customer service!! Stay away from them!
I ordered a pair of sunglasses on their website 4 weeks ago and based on what was stated on the website, I thought I was going to receive them in 5-6 business days. NOPE!! After 5 days I received an e-mail telling me that the sunglasses I had ordered were not available at their company and that I had to wait a bit longer. And 6 days later, I got The another e-mail saying that they were not able to deliver my sunglasses because there was a problem with the address and I had to correct it on the website. I'd written the address correctly but I don't know why the order in which I'd written the names looked different. I corrected it anyways and made sure it's saved correctly this time. I also called them and asked them to send my sunglasses to me again. Yesterday I recieved an e-mail saying that they have sent them to me again but again the same problem!! They've written my address in the wrong order and it will possibly not be delivered to me just like last time!!! I called them again and they said if the sunglasses have already been sent to me, I only have one way and that is to wait another week until the sunglasses are returned to their company and then ask them again to send them to thr correct address! I hate them! I really do! Thr summer's gonna be over soon and I have not received my sunglasses yet! What a miserable service! What a miserable customer service!!

After good experience with Brille24, I used another resource for contact lenses, but recently found that there is a concurrent an versatile offer on line again, so we are buying with confidence and satisfaction here from glasses to lenses. Please take in mind that we have a local supplier in the immediate neighbourhood an the owner is a kind relative, but still can not offer a better price.

I received my glasses almost as fast as I would order them from a local provider. The price is very compettitive. And I cannot object the quality as well. BR, M

Great shop nice up to date choices very good service verry good quality of the products. I have ordered already many glasses they become my house supplier. Never had any problem with them once there were glasses not arrived i thought but a collegua had taken the package anyway before i found that out i contacted them and they were excellent in reaction time and answering. Really good company and you get truly worth for your money. love them!
