Ariel was fantastic
Working with Ariel was a great experience. She was extremely helpful and attentive. She answered all of my questions and concerns, sent an additional tweezer video of the diamond I ended up buying, and replied to my emails within minutes. I just ordered the diamond today, so I will leave another review once I receive the diamond, but so far, everything has been fantastic, in large part thanks to Ariel. Highly recommend working with her!
EDIT: I received the diamond and everything went great. The diamond was perfect and the shipping team at Brilliance even worked with me on the shipping date so that I would be home when it arrived. I was definitely worried about making such a large purchase through an online dealer, but everything turned out great.

We originally had concerns with a diamond we purchased, and instead of shutting us down, Christopher and the team stepped up in a way that completely exceeded expectations. From day one, communication was constant, clear, and genuinely helpful. Christopher kept us updated throughout every step of the process and made sure we felt comfortable and informed the entire time.
Not only did they help us exchange the diamond, but they also worked with us to redesign and strengthen the setting exactly how we wanted it—down to the smallest details like lowering the stone, refining the prongs, and ensuring everything sat perfectly flush. They truly listened and executed.
The final result? Absolutely perfect. The new diamond is stunning—no windowing, no dark quadrants, just pure brilliance. And somehow, the quality of work we received was significantly better than what we previously paid a local jeweler… at nearly half the cost.

Couldn’t Have Asked for a Better Ring
I spent a lot of time trying to find the right ring, so I was a little nervous going into this, but Brilliance made the whole experience really easy. From the beginning, they were patient, answered all my questions, and helped me feel confident about the design.
When the ring finally arrived, it honestly exceeded my expectations. The craftsmanship is beautiful, and my wife fell in love with it right away. She gets compliments on it all the time, and every time she mentions how much she loves it, it means a lot to me.
The only thing I’d say is to plan ahead. Since everything is made to order, it took about 5 weeks for mine to arrive. But they were very communicative the whole time, so I always knew what was going on.
Looking back, I wouldn’t change anything. Really glad I went with them and I strongly recommend
Great servixe
So Intially purchase my ring in December. The ring and level of service was flawless. I just sent back the ring to get resized. The level if service received was incredible. I received a call from Meghan who eas handling my order called to advised that they received my package. However, my shipper also sent another package that I mailed at the same time. This package was high value and Meghan made sure it was locked in there safe and got it sent on its way. I would recommend this company for there quality and service..

They were great start to finish
They were great start to finish! My one complaint is that they said I had until 3pm for them to hold a package at the shipping center so the lady wouldn’t have the chance of seeing the package come in. I replied before 3pm requesting the do hold the package and I was told this was not possible. Why even offer it? Not sure if this was a fedex issue or brilliance but, everything came super discreet and she was non the wiser even though she ended up signing for the delivery as I was at work!!
Great company great customer service gorgeous rings
The process was extremely easy. I was able to find what I wanted relatively quickly the order shipped as promised and arrived on time. The ring was beautiful and just as I had selected it.
The customer service was stellar. Lesson learned though always consult with your future fiancé about the type of engagement ring she wants. While their ring was gorgeous, it did require a few tweaks. Brilliance worked really well with us to ensure my fiancé got exactly what she wanted. Will definitely buy again from Brilliance.

When I first wrote my review, I was frustrated with some unexpected shipping costs related to resizing and warranty services, and I didn’t feel like my concerns were being fully heard at the time. However, Jonathon personally reached out to me to discuss everything, and I truly appreciated that he took the time to listen and understand where I was coming from.
He immediately stepped in to make things right. He arranged for my ring to be shipped back to me at no cost, noted my account so that shipping will be covered both ways for two future cleanings and maintenance services, and even added a credit toward a future wedding band or jewelry purchase.
