'recipient not present'
Unfortunately, all too often deliveries fail, where they claim they attempted a delivery but no one was home, which has always been wrong whenever this has occured. No contact attempt or anything of the sort, just an update in the app that I can pick up my failed delivery the next day.
Tldr: they're unreliable and in my experience you're unlikely to ever receive any home delivery despite paying for it.

Abysmal tracking logistics. Be prepared to be held hostage all day for a delivery.
Bring told me that the delivery was going to be between 8-12. Said nowhere on the tracking page that I had to be home. Had to call service to find that out. No alternative to leave the package.
At 1230 I get a text saying the delivery window was updated. Now the window is retroactively updated from 8-17. That doesn't make sense. Shouldn't it be between 13-17? Fast forward to 16:36
Finally get my package.
Was held hostage for the whole day at home. They couldn't even guarantee that the delivery driver would call me beforehand so I couldn't even go for a walk around the neighborhood.
Had to be by my doorbell all day.
Abysmal tracking logistics. This is expected behavior 20 years ago. But today when we have real time data, gps tracking and analytics, you can't do any better than making me stay home all day?
Why can't I be notified when the driver is nearing my area. Why can't you track which order the packages are going to be delivered so that the customer has a smaller delivery window?
Terrible.

Good customer service
The customer service was fast and very helpful. They offered me a solution to my problem almost immediately after I described it. The only issue was the reaaaally long queue to get to them. And you need to convince their AI assistant to actually get in touch with the actual cs.

Your chatbot gave me wrong information. I almost opened the box whilst sitting at home. I had to rush to the location to make sure it was secure. Fortunately that was the case.
