They didn't bother to answer emails with pre-purchase questions about whether their cotton is Oekotex certified and sustainably grown or in a better environmental way (despite it not being labelled as organic).Was unable to make a big and much needed purchase of Morpheus mattress protectors 100% cotton due to not being answered and provided with this necessary information to make an informed Consumer purchasing decision.

We ordered some dust mite pillow protectors because it looked like a high quality item, unfortunately the item arrived damaged but Brinkhaus were very quick and efficient to resolve the issue.
They sent out a replacement very quickly and we love our new pillow protectors. I understand the original product was defective but I thought Brinkhaus went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the new product. They didn't blame us, they found the solution and we are happy with our new product now

Strongly recommend this brand for anyone who is looking for real quality duvets. My first duvet by bring house was bought nearly 20 years ago and it lasted me all these years. I bought the NASA technology synthetic duvet about a year ago and now just got another one in different size. Seems to be really good quality.
