I have been asked to give a review. Zulekha Warid , head of property management has been managing my properties. I requested Robert Brinkley if I give my property it will be on the basis that zulekha manages them as I had found her on LinkedIn as she managed santander and shaftdberry and capita introduced me to her
I have been so overwhelmed how she gives me good professional advice and how she has managed three of my properties via Brinkleys since 2018
Zulekha is professional, understands all the legal aspects what a landlord needs

We have just recently moved into the new property. Zelekha whos been managing our moving in made the processs very easy. She has helped me way and beyond to solves matter out. I would definitely recommend her 👌

Dhruvika, our Property Manager was fantastic at getting various problems in the flat sorted as soon as possible. She kept us informed regularly and was always there to help if needed.

Brinkley’s said that they had years of experience in selling our flat and this was clearly proven by finding the right buyer for us, in difficult and changing times. During the pre exchange process they offered advice to us, whilst always providing excellent communication. They showed all the potential buyers around our flat and followed the agreed script of key selling points, which is so important in challenging times of selling property. They helped us align our Zoopla advert, so it stood out from the other flats also being marketed by other estate agents. Would very much recommend them….

We recently used Brinkley' when moving to a new rental property in Wimbledon. The service from the outset from fantastic and more so, post our move in to the property.

After moving in, we were promptly contacted by Dhruvika Patel​ (Property Manager) who advised that should we have any issues, we could reach out and she would ensure that any concerns or issues were resolved. I highlighted several problems with the property and from that point onwards, Dhruvika was true to her word and made sure everything I highlighted was sorted.

Dhruvika's highly professional and friendly approach gives us comfort and peace of mind that we will be well looked after during the course of our tenancy. She definitely matches the phrase of "going above and beyond to provide an exceptional service".

From the day I met this agent she has try to make sure I'm happy. All my concerns were addressed and she would follow up with answers for any questions she was not able to deal with at that appointed moment. She work over and above to make sure I would be happy in my new home. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking a new home and someone reliable to help them. She's really helpful, very good at her jod and a pleasant person to deal with.

When we were trying to find somewhere to live for our university year, it felt like we kept hitting dead ends. Brinkley’s helped us immensely in securing a good place and even when one property didn’t work out for us, one of the agents Suzy Browne in particular went above and beyond in helping us resolve it and find somewhere new straight away. She worked immensely hard to help us and it was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend.

Reliable and timely services, very efficient

I had the pleasure of recently selling my flat through Brinkleys Estate Agents in Wimbledon. It was the first time I've sold a property and an anxiety provoking time but Graeme at the Agency was always on hand, got back to me quickly and allayed many of my fears and worries in a calm and warm, friendly, professional way. I would absolutely recommend them for anyone considering selling their property.They were ACE !

Excellent level of service from Graeme and James, throughout our purchase they were proactive in seeing matters through and responding to enquiries efficiently. I would highly recommend to vendors and purchasers alike!

From start to finish Graeme and James were excellent. They sold my Mums flat quickly and supported her throughout the process. She, having lived in the flat for over 30 years and being elderly was very anxious so really needed reassurance and lots of help which they were only too happy to offer.
We had 4 agent booked initially. 1 didn't turn up, another sent round a staff member to video the property so they could discuss at a later date and Foxtons who hugely over priced to try and gain our instructions based on greed, lies and huge non negotiable fees! Barnard marcus tried to push IAS auction to offer a lower fee even though we had a forward chain, total unethical. Brinkley's fee is low, but this is not why we chose them. Graeme clearly understood what we needed and was honest. I feel brinkley's sell themselves short on their fees as the service they provided is worth a lot more. If we had gone with another agent, I have no doubt Mum would still be in London. I cant praise Brinkley's (Graeme & James) enough. Thank you for everything you have done.
If you are looking for an agent don't look anywhere else, use Brinkley's.

Purchased a flat that was listed by Brinkley’s, and liaised with James H regarding this from the get go. He was very quick to let me view the flat, communicated my queries to the seller in a timely manner, and helped reach an offer than satisfied both parties.

During the 3-4 months of documentation, legal, and final purchase completion he remained involved, ensuring no delays in property access for surveys and the like, and making sure keys were ready to be collected on the final completion date.

Communication was great and we always received sound, constructive advice. Replies were always swift when questions arose.

Wimbledon Hill branch:

- Initially thought they were very responsive, despite the overly familiar tone and lack of contact details on the email (no phone number to call), to follow up.
- I realised that they were pandering to the current tenant who was moving out than the potential tenant (me), or the landlord/their client.
- They wouldn’t reply to my emails or questions about their processes.
- They made it seem like I was the problem stopping the rental from moving forward, when I provided everything they asked for within hours and was being flexible on move in dates.
- When I took my passport into the office to do a right to rent check, the staff were unprofessional seemed unhappy to be there.

Overall, I wouldn’t choose to deal with them again.

Very helpful and responsive throughout the process and pleased with the result. Special mention to James Hilary who was always on hand to answer any questions.

We had a very positive experience buying our property via Brinkleys. Graeme was responsive, polite and accommodating throughout all stages of the process, keeping things on track and keeping us informed. Friendly and efficient service - we would choose Brinkleys whenever we come to sell our home.
