Windows install
One window panel smashed on delivery and aonther one scratched. Had to wait nearly two weeks for replacements. Screws left in the garden and silicone left on a rubber mat. Disappointed as had used britelight before and they were very good.

Had Nathan round to fit the windows and…
Had Nathan round to fit the windows and doors, he did an excellent job, in addition he kept the site tidy. We had a couple of issues that were put to rights without any dramas or fuss. The new windows replaced double glazed windows that were insalled 20 years ago, it is noticable how things have moved on in the door and windows world.

Job completed to a high standard
Job was completed 3 days ago, so it is difficult to assess the full experience. So far I’ve had no problems. Work was done to a high standard.
Original installation date was changed, but the fitter worked well and completed the job as per agreed schedule.

High quality products, timely delivery, and great installation
1. Really pleased with the new triple glazed windows. No heat escape from the house. Trickle vent flaps seem a bit flimsy compared to their previous version but let’s see how it holds up.
2. Timely delivery and great installation. The installer was courteous and very professional. One of the best worksperson we have dealt with to date.

The window firm let me down on my original appointment, but they did come out two days later to get the job done. The window itself is great quality — solid, secure, and a big improvement on what I had before. The fitter, Nathan, was a genuine 10/10: no messing about, friendly, efficient, and completely professional. Despite the appointment hiccup, the final result and workmanship were excellent.
