Not even a 1 star review

Not even a 1 star review. Highly irresponsible, unprofessional and not to be trusted. Supposed collection of a leased car was cancelled last minute and next confirmed date was not on time. Had to call to sort out who is coming to collect and when. Staff unable to help on the phone. There will not be a next time with them in the future.

FULL BLOWN SCAMMERS

SO WE BOUGHT 6 CARS FROM THESE SCAMMERS....WE DID ALL OUR DUE DILIGENT CHECKS ON ALL OF THE CARS PURCHASED. EVERYONE OF THEM HAD GREEN MECHANICAL REPORTS, GOOD SERVICE HISTORY, AS WELL AS GOOD MOT HISTORY....HOWEVER AFTER HAVING THEM INSPECTED BY A 'PROPER' MECHANIC 5 OUT OF THE 6 HAVE MAJOR MECHANICAL ISSUES AND ARE DEEMED AS BEYOND ECONOMICAL REPAIR AND AS A RESULT WILL HAVE TO BE SCRAPPED LEAVING US IN SEVERE FINANCIAL DIFFICULTIES.
BCA AREN'T INTERESTED!!!
DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS US DO NOT BUY FROM THEM YOU WILL ONLY REGRET IT....I ONLY WISH I HAD READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE I DEALT WITH THEM!!

SCAM car collection report

They came to collect my car at the end of my agreement, agreed there was some damage to my alloy and I signed the report.

The next day I receive a completely different report which had someone else’s signature claiming all kinds of missing items which were never mentioned.

It claims that my entire service history was missing and I had to pay £1,000 and shows a picture of the owner handbook as ‘evidence’. BMW service history is all recorded on the idrive so the agent was clearly incompetent.

Luckily I caught him on my Ring doorbell saying all he found was a scratch on the alloy and this wasn’t even mentioned on the second fake report.

Currently arguing with them and BMW finance.

Fraudulent BCA Sales

Just bought a car from BCA Brighouse. The car was assured but unfortunately it had issues. These would have been picked up had there been a proper assessment. To make matters worse when the issues were reported the scamsters gave out false hopes of resolving them at first verbly and upon doing what was asked they fraudulently ignored a genuine claim. They have proved that have not only incompotent employees but those that can act unprofessionally. Beware this company is selling vehicles fraudulently.

Complete shower

Complete shower

BCA seems to own a lot of cars that they auction. With their own stock beware of grading inaccuracies and don't even bother trying to claim. It appears they simply wash there hands of you and hide behind their T's and C's to escape any claim.
There is damage that is visible in a photo that was refused as a claim because the car was self collected. This is even though there is evidence of pre collection damage.

Avoid at all cost and buy from a dealer. Its worth paying a little more.

BCA manipulate the bids

BCA manipulate the bids, I had a car up for sale with them, I was watching the auction, however the highest bid did not reach my reserve price, I was expecting a call to discuss the highest bid but I haven't had any updates! I called up and ask for an update, then I noticed they bids by themselves therefore, highest bid was BCA...

Ineptitude

Booked to collect vehicle at the end of pch contract on 18 November. Today I discovered actually 18 days later, that the collection driver couldn’t be bothered to collect and the vehicle is still at the main dealer.
Not one single thing which they undertook to do has been completed. The system is utterly useless. The company are incapable of simple core functions. The main dealer should think carefully about their end of contract return protocols because there is a huge negative impact on customer satisfaction.

Shocking Thieves !!

Been a customer of bca for 17 yrs.
bought a 13k car which was a grade 2. Comes with big damage to the front grill which wasn’t shown in pics or mentioned. Went through the claims process but won’t accept liability. Shocking thieves who rob us through vehicle indemnity and don’t give anything back!! Shocking service

Do not work for this company

I don't really have any issue with BCA themselves but more with some of the people they have working for them. they have runner drivers and coordinators that are as sick and twisted as they come, and for no reason one day just decide they don't want you working there any longer, so they go out of their way to make working there impossible, like taking jobs from you that you have done so you don't get paid , giving you a single call every few days again making it not worth you trouble, etc.... and then trying to talk to anyone with ref to this is completely impossible as they all back each other in playing the childish games . and they really need to be investigated as i'm sure you as a driver doing calls and paying out money which then gets taken away from you and then leaves you with no where to go or know one to talk to is i'm sure would be considered gross miss conduct.

If I could vote -100, I would

If I could vote -100, I would!

I’ve bought two cars from BCA and have received terrible treatment!

The first cut out on me whilst I was doing 50mph, EML came on after 2 days and needed £2,600 worth of repairs- BCA were not interested.

A couple of years have passed and I thought I would try again, perhaps it was bad luck before?. This time the car arrived with illegal tread on tyres (which they lied about) damage to the boot interior (which hadn’t been reported) and the EML came on after 24hours! You guessed it, once again BCA were not interested.

The tyres and damage which was not declared, apparently do not come under their report!

Clearly, they sell faulty cars for a lot of money and appear to get away with it. Is there anything we can do?!

Selling cars as warranted mileage
Whilst under stating the actual mileage by 30%
Then refusing to do anything about it,

You are frauds. I will not buy a car from you again and I do not recommend it to anyone you all useless and staff are too busy gossip mobile phones don't buy any car from them go buy privately at least you can check the car your self if anything wrong you don't buy it but unfortunately bca won't even give your money back or take the faulty car back from you and we trust bca about cars grades 1 or 2 mean cars are OK but not all cars bca Scotland is very dodgy place to buy cars my opinion don't buy any cars from them specifically Scotland we just waste

SCAMMERS / YOU ARE WARNED

Plane and simple SCAMMERS, how they are not under investigation is beyond me. Just shows what system is here in the UK. Bought a car with all the wheel nuts loose nearly all 4 wheels falling off. I don't think they would care if you crashed or happened to you.
Recently bought a car with warranted mileage of 25 thousand miles only to find out 2022 it's been clocked back 190,000 miles yes that's correct 190k and they say that its not there problem. Someone needs to come in and take down these scum.

Ridiculous fees for immaculate car

Really disappointed with the service I received today when getting my leased car inspected. Have had the car for 5 years, low mileage and immaculate condition, to then be told I’ll be charged £450 for “damage”, including a 4mm mark apparently costing £110 to repair. The guy that came was exceptionally anal and just appeared to try his best to find issues, on a car that should have general wear and tear. The guy from BCA that then arrived a couple of hours later to pick it up, said as soon as he saw the car, “your car is in mint condition”, as he was so surprised in the condition of it.
Really frustrated with the service and when I tried to call to speak to someone, I was told I should just speak to my finance company, taking no owner or assistance.
