Arrived quickly- driver placed the bin cabinet as close to where we wanted it as possible. Easy to build- good instructions and all the parts you need. The end result looks great and has already attracted compliments.

Great service from start to finish and easy to use there web sight

I ordered 4 bins from British Bins as nobody could match their prices. They were delivered within a few days and I signed for delivery. Later I opened up the delivery and found the specs were different to my order. Not a show stopper but mailed British Bins to tell them and I had a reply straight away. They checked the order against despatch and held their hands up that a mistake had been made. I didn't have to argue or feel guilty about mailing them.
A few days later out of the blue the correct spec bins were delivered to me.
In admitting a simple mistake had been made and rectifying it without dragging the issue out impressed me enormously.

Ordered two bins, when they were delivered unfortunately one was put inside the other and I found it difficult to pull them apart. Also one had wheels fitted but the other I had to put the wheels on myself, however this was not difficult to do. I had to chase the delivery but the gentleman that I spoke to promptly rang me back and they were delivered when he said they would be. Also the cost of them were a lot cheaper to purchase than they would have been from my local council I saved myself almost £80 so thank you.

got a great bin just what I order fitted in my box just like they said it would use them again

.... And good follow up, too! On delivery, bin had a few black streaks both inside and out, but since it for rubbish and not for display, not a big deal.

There was a slight problem in that the two bins were stacked inside eacother and were wedged together, they came out and sorted it out straight away
(Probably helps that i only live a few miles from their offices)
