Maybe expensive, but they are robust bins, will def be purchasing more.

Excellent customer service, delivery and product

Communication before delivery was excellent, delivery was quick and my salt bin is of sound quality and I should have less people falling flat on my drive in icy weather. Very pleased.

Product arrived on time and as spec'd. Only one instead of two had been sent but a quick email rectified that and the missing one arrived the next day. Recommended.

Good service

The ordering process and the documentation were all really great and the delivery was when they said it would be and just perfect - so refreshingh.

I needed two 140 litre bins: one black, one brown, to match an existing one (green) bought elsewhere. I selected Britishbins as they stocked both items that I required and at a competitive price. The goods were delivered well within the estimated time (actually within a few days of placing the order). The goods were exactly as described on the Britisgbins website and were delivered in perfect / unscratched condition. All in all excellent service comprising a straightforward web transaction, excellent delivery standard and a good price.

A bottle squasher that I ordered arrived damaged. Better protection might have avoided the damage. When I reported the problem to Btitish Bins, there was no quibbling--they posted a replacement, unquestioningly and immediately. The replacement arrived undamaged. I'm very impressed.

We replaced all of the Bins in and out of our Site with British Bins Brand as the previous ones we purchased from another supplier all broke or cracked after a few months.
British Bins are very Robust and a great range of colours to help us control our waste.

THERE WAS AN EXCELLENT CHOICE OF SALT BINS ON-LINE. PRICES ARE COMPETITIVE AND ORDERING WAS SIMPLE. DELIVERY WAS RAPID.

Delighted with the speed of delivery of my new bin - wish the Council could be half as quick - they are taking 6 weeks to deliver their bin whereas this company has taken a couple of days! Well done, would use you again.

Fed up with cats and seagulls attacking our rubbish (our Council uses the a 'black bag' system) we decided to buy a big wheelie bin. As we do very often nowadays, we looked online. British Bins popped up in a few web searches, but initially we looked on Amazon and Ebay. Glad we finally gave British Bins a look. Their price for s 240 ltr bin, delivered, was very reasonable, and it was on our driveway 4 days after ordering. There's not much we can say about the bin - it looks strong, well made and the wheels and lid all work fine. One unexpected bonus - our dark blue bin is a really good match for our dark blue front door !

Really really excellent service. Friendly, knowledgeable staff if you telephone for advice. I have ordered on two occasions, and have received my goods within a rapid timeframe and in the bins have been in great shape when they arrived.
