Awful. No response to any emails. Nothing received.

The condoms they sent were completely different to those I ordered, just loosely packed in unbranded paper bags. The condoms are horrible and I won't be using them - so that's £40 down the drain. The 5 star reviews all appear to be fake to me, so don't buy from there people.

My order arrived after 3 weeks and I had to pay a customs fee (delivering to EU) of nearly half of my order value.

I would have appreciated if they mentioned that it would take so long and that there might be extra charges on the delivery page.

Did not send what I had ordered, plus came in nondescript packing, without the proper branded Urex boxes. So, had no confidence in what there were.
Won't be so lazy next time - I will go to Boots so I can see what I am getting!

I placed an order as the price was reasonable and they seemed to be reputable. Sadly my first order did not arrive. I contacted them to report this and was asked to wait another week as Royal Mail were having delays in service.
After another week I followed up and was told my order would be sent again. They even upgraded me after advising that some items weren't available.
A few days later my order arrived. I was a bit disappointed that the condoms were not in the sealed packaging, and that might put me off a repeat order, but I have to praise the excellent customer service. Thank you Adam who helped me out!

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star!
3 out of 4 condoms used from one pack broke, which is not acceptable! Don’t waste your money!!

Additionally when I posted a review on their website it went to ‘their team for review’ meaning that it definitely was not getting posted. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY ALL OF THE 5 STAR REVIEWS! Any reviews that contain negative feedback do not get posted!!!

Not sure what the bad reviews are here, have used British Condoms for 5 years and not only are they the best company I've purchased from (and I've tried the lot), but their prices are brilliant. I can only imagine the bad reviews are rogue, because having made hundreds of orders from the site not ONCE have I ever had a bad service or even a sub par service. Would strongly recommend anyone to British Condoms. Nuff said.

Shame you can’t rate it no stars. Item missing from delivery even though it was on the packing list, tried contacting them only to find the contact section of the website doesn’t work so you can’t contact them at all. Exp Dates of product are not very long. You have been warned.

They ask you to give a review afterward, but if the review isn't good, it's not published. Really makes me distrust them.

The condoms I bought were just too tight for a normal condom. The measurements they give are rubbish.

Great range of condoms! Free delivery and my orders always arrive really quickly, less than 2 days. Have had to phone them before and the chap I spoke to was really helpful. Would recommend.

Brought from british condoms several times and they've always been spot on with everything especially customer service!

Condom order received August 2014. Manufactured 05/2012 - more than 2 years ago. Use by date 05/2015 - less than one year. I don't have to use them much. Feel really short changed and looks like they're just clearing surplus stock. Not happy.

Took forever to come and it wan't what I ordered!

Avoid if you can.
