Efficient Shipping of Tasty Treats
First of all, our order came so quickly! This was for my son’s graduation party. I was afraid I ordered too late to get it on time, but figured it was worth the risk! It came in plenty of time, packed up beautifully. We did sneak a taste and opened the Mini Battenbergs and they were delicious! Can’t wait to taste the rest and we will order again!!!

Easy website to navigate. Easy check out. I got my package in about a week. I was really impressed with how quickly it came.
This is my 3rd package and this one got opened by Australian Security and repacked, but my other parcels were packed very well and arrived in pristine condition.

Appalling Customer Service
After posting my initial review on here. Amazingly I received a reply with a request to send them photos of the contents of my box. However, a week on and still no response with regards to my initial complaint. I would just like to return the box and have a refund as most of the contents have a best before date of a June 2026.
Never would I recommend this company to anybody. Appalling customer service.
