Rebuilding My 1998 Jaguar XJ
I am extensively rebuilding my 1998 Jaguar XJ8 and have bought most parts in advance from British Parts. I came across a few parts recently I hadn't previously ordered and so got down to ordering these late one Sunday afternoon. I knew I would not be waiting long and sure enough they were delivered early on the following Tuesday morning. I have never had reason to be disappointed with British Parts and even during the lockdown they have continued to stock & supply parts to their usual high standard. As a result I have enjoyed the Lockdown time! Thank you.

Horrendous customer service
Horrendous customer service,I ordered parts on wednesday and told they will be shipped that day or the next, I rang back monday to see what was happening as I'd not recieved the parts and was told they were waiting for the seals to come in but will definitely post my order tuesday and I will get it Wednesday, I phoned Wednesday for a tracking number which they didnt have . I phoned back later to be told they still didnt have a tracking number and my order has been sent incomplete as they were still waiting for the seals!, barely any apology other than "we can cancel the order for you" . Nobody thought to contact me to tell me the order was delayed or it was sent incomplete. Never again will I use this company

We have looked into your order with our company and can see there was a delay but to be clear you ordered this part late on Thursday so the earliest posible time to proces this was on Friday.
There are some delays in supply chains at this time and as it happens there were some delays which were out of our control and our customer service adminstrator apologised fro the delay on several occasions.
We can see you are very angry as it must be the first time you have ever experience a delay by the amount of negative posts you keep making and obviously we have not been able to give you the sevice you are accustomed to so we have cancelled your order and refunded to your payment card.
I am sure you will be able to find a parts company who will be able to assist you better and again please accept our apologies for not being able to assist you and we will of course close your account.

Horrible experience - untrustworthy
Horrible experience. They sent wrong parts and refused to fix their error. They want me to pay for returns and won’t send the correct parts at their cost. Wouldn’t put me through to a manager. Also read their returns policy, warranty. It’s almost non existent. If I could rate the email staff -10 I would, the worst!
