Amazingly quick service
Amazingly quick service. Ordered the parts 9pm on a Thursday evening and arrived by the following Monday. Look good quality as well. Can’t wait to fit them now. Definitely would recommend and use again. Thumbs up from me.

Poor After Sales Service
Bought brake discs based on details on website. When they arrived they looked too small so contacted British Parts to double check and they confirmed definitely the correct part. Took car to garage for fitting and they confirmed brake discs too small. Contacted British Parts again and they said we sent what you ordered so tough luck. Their whole approach/culture is avoiding blame and not solving customer problems. They should have said send them back and we will send you the correct larger discs and charged me the difference in price. I get my Parts and they make more money. Service is an attitude and culture but they don’t have it. I expect a standard but meaningless response. Recommend you buy elsewhere.
The response from British parts is complete and utter nonsense, like I say they don’t have the attitude or culture of service. The point is the parts don’t fit. My review is 100% true and accurate, recommend you buy elsewhere.
I am happy to debate you as long as you like. You don’t have the parts because you have my money, you don’t get both. Dingbro have now supplied me with the correct parts. I urge you to think how potential customers view this exchange, customer service at its worst.

Of course Thomas Mcmillan you know this review is not correct at all, We did send you the brake discs you slected and ordered online. When you contacted us about the brake discs you tried t o mislead us by claiming we had advised you what brake discs to select and order. This of course was not true.
After the brake discs had been delivered you provided your cars vin number and we confirmed that the the brake discs selected by you were actually correct for your cars vin number.
We provided the brake disc technical specifications & dimensions so you could confirm and you declined to do so. We asked you if this was not the case please advise and you declined to answer this also.
You do have the brake discs you selected and ordered, these are correct per the cars vin number and original build data from Jaguar and again if this is not the case please advise.
I note that you havent returned them under complaint as we recommended should they be incorrect or faulty.
If any of this is innacurate please contact our Customer Service Team and we will be happy to retract or resolve any questions or problems with the components delivered as ordered
