Thoughtful and professional
I purchased a dressing gown for my nephew at Christmas and when he unwrapped it, the tie was missing.
I wrote to British Thermals who immediately wrote back to apologise and confirm they had sent a replacement tie to my address which I duly received within 2 days.
My sister in law tells me my nephew has not yet taken off his new robe, it's so cosy warm.

I would just like to put matters right…
I would just like to put matters right with an order I thought I hadn't received which indeed I had, my mistake, they arrived in the post along with other packets of DVD's, knowing them to be for Christmas I put them all away thinking them to be all DVD's, I didn't realize that one of them was the order from British Thermals because of the package being the same size as the DVD's. if only I had looked the other side of this packet then I would have seen clearly a sticker on the back British Thermals, my apologies to this excellent company.

I have purchased thermal panties extra warm. I can’t tell how good they are. There so comfortable and warm. It helps with my hip pain. They came very quickly. Would highly recommend. Will definitely buy from this company again. Great service.
