Stay clear doesn’t activate you subscription used them for years and now just don’t even respond or activate your subscription use WatchVPN it’s amazing and miles better. After years of great service it’s gone rubbish don’t give them a penny and go elsewhere

We had a party of UK Transplants and wanted to show the BBC presented New Years' Eve Celebration in Los Angeles at 4pm only to keep getting the same on-screen message that it wasn't available in our area. Why did you sell us the subscription if you had no intention of allowing us to watch it? Many disappointed EX Pats in the BBC.

For a long time I was with this service. I used my laptop to watch British TV. For nearly a year now, though, I have had difficulties starting programmes. I always had to try again and again - and paid for six months in advance.
After a while I decided to give up trying until recently when I gave it another try. I found out on the website that my payment was overdue for some days so I paid for a month. An E-Mail by BTVA was announced that I was to use to verify my Email address. This E-Mail did not come. I wrote a Message telling BTVA this, but still no reply, no E-Mail. I cannot use the Service, but paid for it.I then went through the same procedure on my tablet, paid for a month, did not get the announced email, wrote a long email to support, did not get a reply, wrote another message, did not get a reply.
So I was very much surprised when I got BTVA‘s email asking for my opinion.
Well, here it is.
Sorry that this is such a long review, but this is my last hope to reach someone at BTVA who can help me with the service.

I requested a 1 day free trial whilst in France. I was immediately registered and can access my online account. I was advised an activation code would be sent by email but it failed to arrive, therefore, could not activate my account One week later I am now responing to their request for a review of their service. I still remain inactivated. I am now back in the UK so I can no longer make judgement on the potential service offered.

Took my money but failed to send me the email to verify my email address even after a dozen request by me for this vital email. So zero marks for efficiency and honest dealing

The service was good, this year very bad, in fact cant say very bad, as No service. They should be blocked so no more people lose money for nothing.

British TV Anywhere - not true. Can't get it in Bulgaria which is why I bought a months pass.

Is not working, vpn channels are recognised and blocked. SUch a pity.

This last year the service is appalling, the vpn just does not work....so it is britishtvnowhere.
It is not just one of the servers they all do not do the job they are supposed to do.
A complaint is called a ticket but no one replies have left numerous tickets about the non service alas still no replies. Save your money and time give a wide berth not worth the hassle.

I've used Britishtvanywhere for years, and although there were some gliches, I stuck with it as it always got resolved. However, this year is terrible. Either vpns don't connect, or they do but do not work, or they work but are sooooo slow that you can't watch anything. I've opened tickets with the company with NO response. That's a lot of money for nothing. Written on fb awaiting response....maybe they will respond here?

Didn't work when I was in Jordan and trying to access ITV hub. No response to my request for help. Definitely wouldn't use the product again! Useless in terms of connectivity and customer service!

Tried everything and couldn't get any TV channel to play. Left a message and no one gets back to you. Very poor service.

Have been using BTVA since 2012. Generally very good ( in the earlier years queries were responded to ). 2 weeks ago access to bbc i player and Itv hub no longer possible even though vpn is showing connected to server. Tried clearing cookies, different browser and other solutions suggested on google , but no resolution.
Ticket opened with BTVA and of course 10 days later still no reply. Have 7 months on annual subscription to go ....Ned Baker ... if you cant reply and / or resolve the issue , I want my money back .

I have been with British TV Anywhere since 2013. In June 2021 nothing was working for about 2 weeks and they did not even answer the ticket. Then it started not working again a couple of weeks ago. The BBC IPlayer says it is a rights issue and ITV Player says video cannot be found. Sent another ticket. No answer. I think they have gone bust. So stay well clear of this company who do not provide support.

I have used BTVAVPN for several years and it has been excellent. Suddenly in June it stopped working although my vpn shows I’m connected! I have sent several messages to them which remain unreplied. My current account with BTVAVPN should have run until February 2022.
Frustrated I have paid for another VPN from another firm.
Have many other people experienced this? All l can presume is that they’ve gone bust for whatever reason.

For months we have been having intermittent connection.i
I have had to reconnect 20 or 30 times a day.Now I am not getting any reply to my queries.
