i have been with BTA for 8 years.ON the 18th of this month the service stopped working I tried every thing they recommend ( clearing history of exploration and cookies , changing server and still nothing) I wrote to distressed Tickets to BTA and so far today 23rd of June, I haven't heard anything from BTA

I after paying for a months subscription and following slightly painful process I just couldn’t get it to work. I sent a message to the help desk and didn’t see any reply. My IT skills are such that I need a more straightforward solution.

So far it’s ok but I’ve only used it twice and had a few issues but I’m confident it will get better I will review my review at a later date

Brilliant viewing very little freezing or interruptions definately recommend this service.

Generally it works well but sometimes it keeps frequently disconnecting and this is annoying. I don't know why it does this.

Sky and Channel 5 work fine. But bbc iplayer is very hit and miss...

I had been using BritishTV Anywhere since 2012, although I must now admit that the customer support is quite poor compared with most other services, such as Surfshark, which I use now and where you can chat anytime with experts that won't disappear until they fix your BBC iplayer access (BBC is always the toughest one to get, ITV and Channel 4 are less challenging).
Anyway, over the last 3 months, it has been impossible to watch BBC iplayer, and the advices available on the site or via tickets are very basic (as has been the case for years). Nobody from British TV Anywhere has contacted me a single time to help.
Cancelling the service is also a nightware: I would discourage anyone to set up an auto-renewal (e.g. yearly payment), because there is no way to deactivate this option on the website. I have now been forced to change my credit card in order to make sure that British TV Anywhere is not taking money from my account in the future, since they are simply ignoring me and since they cannot be contacted by phone (I have been trying to cancel this service for months).
British TV Anywhere is absolutely horrible as soon as something goes wrong.

I have paid but can’t access the service!

Used BTVA in Portugal, all channels were good for a while then we could not access BBC at all, did all the things suggested by the help people

I found a lak of assistance because your answers are automatic in 99% and they don't go to the point. Another problem is that with Mac operative sistem the connection with your server goes off very often. I've been subscribing your service already for several years and I hope your staff will be able to solve the Mac problem. For the other services you score 5.

I have been using British TV Anywhere since 2014. Everything has been going smoothly except when there is a very occasional problem I would suggest you inform users of the problem and write to them when it is resolved. Recently there was a problem which was resolved in a day or so but no one informed the users so you have to try and see if it works or not. Would recommend British TV Anywhere.

I have had to get a techie friend to sign me up a few times as I find it quite confusing....there seems to be two different passwords...anyway, he manages it somehow. I sent a help request once when I couldn’t get connected but got no reply. Long time ago now. All has been ok ever since and provided I can get decent WiFi, the system works.

Fantastic service for those ex-pats who miss decent tv shows.
